Terms of service

Last updated: 12 July 2026

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of digigrow.uk, operated by DIGIGROW LTD (company number 15916434, registered at 35 Drifters Drive, Deepcut, Camberley, England, GU16 6GJ). By using the site you accept them.

Funnel-build and related services we deliver to partners are governed by separate written agreements entered into at the time of purchase. Where those agreements and these terms differ, the service agreement wins for the services it covers.

The quiz and its results

The quiz on this site produces an estimate built from your own answers and stated assumptions. It is provided for information, not as professional, financial, or business advice. The assumptions are shown so you can check them; results depend on the accuracy of what you enter.

Submitting the quiz does not create a contract for services, and we are not obliged to offer services to any submitter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit another person's details without their permission,
  • use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the site or its forms,
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it,
  • use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access, discard submissions, or decline contact where we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, and branding belong to DIGIGROW LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them beyond normal browsing and sharing links, without written permission.

Third-party links and embeds

The site may link to or embed third-party services (for example a booking calendar). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to £100. Liability arising from paid services is dealt with in the relevant service agreement, not these terms.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting the new version here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK keep the protection of their local law.
